Moroccan Green Rice
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Olive or Grapeseed Oil
2 Cups Jasmine Rice (Cooked)
1/4 Cup Water
2 tsp Ras Al Hanout
1/2 Stick Butter
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 tsp Chicken Base
1/2 Cup Spinach (Rough Chopped)
1/4 Cup White Onion (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets (Rough Chopped)
1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Local Honey

Directions

Heat 2 tbsp Olive or Grapeseed Oil on Medium High in a Large Skillet

Saute' Broccoli and Onion until cooked through

Add Garlic and Rice

With a fork, fluff rice while heating on Medium heat

Next make a well or space in the center of the skillet and add water, lemon juice, chicken base, butter, honey and Ras Al Hanout

Stir in middle of pan and use fork to incorporate into rice

Add spinach and incorporate into rice until lightly wilted
-
Remove from heat and cover
